Worked in any one day then the disc began to scrape over an hour later with no access error message after starting bios "to change the disc because it is failing." I contacted the seller who gave me the referral procedures (at my expense) stating they would do a refund upon receipt of the disc. I mailed the package and got a refund on the day I contacted them the tracking number of the post. They did refund the full purchase with shipping costs + return costs. Very professional here, is serious hat "Drives store". So my rating of 5 stars is entirely to the seller while for Western Digital ...... well then see a big 0 should be enough because I have already ordered 15 days there is a Western Digital 320GB black that him n has never worked so this brand is no longer what it was.
