Merely put (even without putting music) already isolated from the environment, the "foam" is indeed very effective. I often put to music on mute without activating the active mode and that is enough for me not to follow the thread of conversation. When I turn on the active mode, then the music takes more relief and especially I do not hear all the words of my colleagues, it is very impressive and it is especially effective when the conversations are multiple and that 'they are animated .... I have only a little flat on the cable rubbing on the shoulder because of the jack (which is very convenient passage to allow cable replacement), the short wire on the shoulder rubbing slightly. In short, it suits me perfectly, and I recommend it if you want to isolate yourself.
