contrary to some less negative reviews, I can praise these knives nu. I have delighted in use and am still more than three years. I have to make Schreibenr again speak. A good knife should not have too thick back, these knives are rather thin and light, what exactly is the art in the production for me. They are flexible, yet stable, are pefect in hand and not slipping through your fingers. Good knives have a not too hard steel. They are thus naturally dull more quickly, but are easily peeled and divorce as the first day with the steel. A very hard steel can not be removed as sharp and would never reach this cutting result. That a hard surface makes the blade more quickly dull should probably be self-explanatory. Of course you can also give knives in the dishwasher, but be knife basically dull more quickly, not only this. Therefore it is better to wash these kitchen knives by hand, or not too often in the dishwasher.
