One branch and forget! Perfect for recycling old hard disks in 3.5 or 2.5, but also to provide rapid backup system "removable" drives that can store elsewhere precaution. Use with a SSD is not bad, but the transmission speed is not worth that of a Thunderbolt connection (at least on Mac)

Works great on OSX Mountain Lion and Mavericks.
