When we started to get to De Buyer, there is little reason to change. Why go sembêter with a "steamer" Electric will break down quickly? There was a beautiful object made to last a lifetime, and like modern cooktops are equipped with a timer, there is more reason to invest in a bulky electrical equipment, ugly and unsustainable.
