PHILIPS 40PFL5007K / 12; Stylish device with many features but '...

Since my old Philips is slowly getting old, I decided to buy me a new device.
After a long search in stores and on the internet I endschied me for 40PFL5007K / 12, although there were no reviews on the internet or tests.
I have the power now for 11 days and unfortunately am not satisfied. I would like to make any long reviews, but only the most important
Points call:
good
- Purchase from Amazon - as usual quickly and easily
- Delivery by HERMES on the agreed date
- Module in original packing Philips
- Installation went quite fast (after removing the two protective film strips, there was no touch during the subsequent
electric shock)
- Installation DVB-S2 satellite receiver structured self-explanatory and logical
- When the satellite transmitter reading (Astra) you have to be patient - the scan actually took over half an hour
- The sound of the instrument is surprisingly good
- Good Energy Efficiency A +
- Numerous settings

- Send sorting cumbersome and thus takes a long time
- Software hangs when changing channels frequently on, no reaction of the device to the remote control;

- Very bright image, but unfortunately only if there is no fast camera pans and movement of people

Too bad the otherwise quite appealing device would have liked to keep, but because of the jerky display of fast camera movements and the blurring movement of persons, the unit switches back to Amazon
Unfortunately, only 2 stars because of the mentioned reasons.

Returning to Amazon worked smoothly. New equipment has been delivered at 11:05:12.
Unfortunately, I also had problems with the new device, so I've just been a returning to Amazon for this device in order.

Initially, the device ran quite well. But after about 5 days use the error described before were still massive
on as the first unit (jerking and motion blur). Even with HD channels, there were problems.
A hang of the software when switching channels did not exist at the second device, however.
My three weeks of contact with the Philips Sopport brought no solution.
Philips Support thought it is up to my satellite system. Have this checked by a specialist workshop. The system is OK.
I was an inspection of the product in Philips proposed but with no guarantee of improvement of the defect.
Since Philips wanted to provide a replacement device for the workshop stay available and this has been estimated at about two weeks, I have rejected this offer.
Conclusion: This device series has in my opinion a lot of quirks, which is not supposed to happen.
