Pity! Stop the massacre!

Since its inception (in 1938 from the pen of Robvel), Spirou has known many authors; some have managed to transcend the original material (Jijé and Franquin), others to update an original and relevant way (Tome & Janry), and some have simply taken a respectful but lacking pepper ( Fournier, Nic & Cauvin, Morvan and Munuera).
To say that "The petrified giants", the first volume of "one shot" (published in 2007) had not pleased me was a weak word: nervous drawings and, in my opinion, very ugly, sloppy and hysterical scenario ...
The resumption of the "regular" series by author duo told me nothing good worthwhile ... And I'm not wrong!
Since 4 albums, these gentlemen seem to take great pleasure in demolishing the universe and characters created by their predecessors. The designs are always distressing, the scenario is still rambling, hysterical, in short a great anything!
Pity, Members of Dupuis, stop this massacre and refer to the series of artists who will restore its superb!
