The Review:
After my predecessor PX 100-I is broken (cable break), I allowed myself the successor PX 100-II. The headset is a complete all-rounder and to use good in every situation (almost).
Sound
------
The sound I would describe as a rather warm, its predecessor, was characterized by a very strong bass, which though not eaten, but nicely inflated. My impression is that the bass has been taken a little touch back, what has the sound in my opinion rather improved. The highs are nice and clear, without being too flashy and the centers also well represented. Overall, the sound is rather like I said in the warm, bass-heavy area. My Ultimate Ears UE 700 against sound much clearer, higher and more precise. The sound, however, is also more intrusive and so I use when working, for example prefer the Sennheiser PX 100-II. I like listening to electronic, jazz / pop / hip-hop and alternative go.
Comfort
------
The comfort is great, at least on my skull, it fits perfectly. For a band headphone he is also pretty small and can be super flaps together. However, it is and remains a headband headphones, is by no means invisible. But lower or higher than a cap fit because of its small size still wonderful.
The headset has an open design and brings next to the wonderful sound of the property itself to the outside world to be a bit noisy. This may annoy quickly in bus and rail passengers, especially if you listen to a raised volume. The alternative, closed PX 200 is, however, totally inferior sound (although it is more expensive).
Processing
------
In principle, very good, especially the folding system is super. The weakness is that the foam pads are not removable - and which are not clean in the long term. The cable is relatively thin and I can imagine that this is a vulnerability in the long term. Great is that the cable is led out of one receiver (left), and is not like the PX 100-I on both sides.
When PX 100-I a plastic case was still in the process what the headphones wrapped certainly better protected, now there is only a small cloth bag, but better than nothing.
Conclusion
------
Toller "takeaway" headphones in most situations, especially for the price !! Sonically super, warm and clear with a rich, strong, but not headache-causing bass. (Who ever heard of the Ultimate Ears Super.Fi 5 EB, know what I mean by vigorously TO)
Basically, I would deduct half a star, because of the processing (cables and pads), but for the price it is simply a 5 star headphones!
