Plantronics GameCom 780 Gaming Headset 7.1 Surround Sound

The Plantronics Gamecom 780 is processed very solid despite the low weight of 295 grams.

After almost a year, it came when listening to music and gamble very often crack and a crackle.
To make a warranty, I had to register and submit the headset down on the service side of Plantronics.
After that, I reported the product to be defective and there the very next day it was picked up by the postman.
Four days later came a new headset that's what I call top service.
