Playstation 4 with very good games bundle a price / value for money

I was wondering about whether I buy the PS3 or PS4.
But next year some blast games come out, and probably only for the PS4 'Final Fantasy XV, Silent Hill, Gran Turismo, "I have decided for the PS4.
The 500GB hard drive I immediately replaced by a Samsung "SpinPoint M9T" 2TB HDD.
With 3 games "Drive Club, Little Big Planet 3 and The Last of Us Remastered" this is really a bargain, the einzelnd the games cost almost ~ 60 / piece. 450-180 = 270 for the PS 4 + console controller.
Only Ster disadvantage that you have heard the fan after a while, especially in the evening when you play softly.
But now I've bought but a "Enermax Aeolus Notebook Cooler Pure" because the well is at least made of aluminum / steel and wertig auschaut. It is true that from the bottom then cooled only the plate but let's see how the fan behaves behind.

The PS4 not going out playing, I have to separate free standing on a TV dresser.

In addition I have not bought the extra-good second controller (camouflage), but not here on Amazon, there is too overpriced on the third dealer.

Moreover, I find it not so great, the 4 releases have appeared after a year of Playstation few exclusive titles.
