The documentation is insufficient: if we follow, the alarm rings several times, even if you stop the ringing by laying key. To avoid this, do not bring up the icon zz as described in chapter 3 of the alarm setting, but only the bell.
So if you press Pause on the first ring, there will be no other.
The zz symbol therefore means "successive ringtones"
