How high must the sun protection factor actually be? I was not sure if SPF 20 is sufficient or whether I should not but use a higher. The rule of thumb is: self-protection portion x sun protection factor = maximum time that you can stay without a sunburn in the sun.
I would classify myself to the classification of Fitzpatrick as Nordic type. My skin is very bright and not tans easily. So I have a self-protection time of about 10-20 minutes. So I can calculate how long I can protect with the Nivea Sun Protect & Refresh stay outside. Although I suppose never a classic sunbathing lying around in the sun is too boring for me but I am doing work in the garden and on the property or'm out on the town.
Should apply to two milligrams of sunscreen preparation per square centimeter, so the sun protection is also guaranteed. Taking less or you forget a place of protection is low or non-existent.
I can feel when using this lotion to "refresh" effect thanks to the menthol significantly. This holds true not too long, but it is nevertheless very pleasant on the skin. Especially in the summer heat, I feel the coolness and the delicate scent of the product to be very beneficial.
The sunscreen is metered easily and absorbs quickly. At the same time I do not feel uncomfortable to stick and to shine.
I like the product, all in all very good, especially because it is waterproof. I feel well protected, but would like to see the Methol effect lasts longer. Still, a very good product that I'll buy more!
