The Alco Office lamp 957-11 in black is a simple desk lamp with little peculiarities. The delivery is to be found - except for the lamp including halogen light stick and clamp - nothing. The power supply of the lamp is an unusual manner directly integrated on the screw and falls through no operating noise on. The two swivel arms each have a length of about 35cm, the lower and middle joint are only vertically flexible. On extremely flexible and quite stable lamp head is a separate power switch. The light from the halogen lamp bar is bright, but not dazzling or glaring. The halogen light stick itself is warm to the touch after a few minutes, with longer operating time a touch is rather unpleasant. The screw itself is made up of two plastic blocks, the upper is padded for the desktop. So far it has proven to be stable and unnachlässig.
Overall I am very satisfied with the lighting. In terms of power consumption I can not comment. When Leuchstab is at least a 11-watt version (Dulux S, G23, 230V, 11W). The unit meets his expectations completely.
