With good lighting, so bright sunlight or the like, can be made good pictures.
Downside to the sunlight is that you can not see on the screen properly what you shoot.
The display has also still a very poor viewing angles. Once you raise the camera above your head, the image will not be visible.
Even in normal room lighting, the S02 is overwhelmed and you usually get a blurred image or an image with noise.
Fast sports photography in a well-lit gym are also not to make.
The Zoom in such an illumination is waste of the, in my opinion, insufficient memory.
On the positive side, the designs and processing.
Also the touch panel responds very well.
The menu items are self-explanatory and logical. By the operator produces the S02 is therefore also good.
When the Coolpix S02 would make sharp images, then I would give it 4 stars, one star deduction for the display, which is not so easy to read and the low memory.
