Poor quality product but good customer service

I received the ordered product within the time provided in the order.
At the arrival of the package, the hull was packaged in its original packaging and in a bubble envelope. Despite this, the product arrived broken in several places and the packaging was unsealed.
I immediately decided to contact the vendor who offered me to send me an identical product. On delivery, rebelote, unsealed packaging and the hull was more broken than the first.
I recontacted again the seller who offers me a new shipment but this time I declined the offer and demand a refund, which was done immediately.
So I was disappointed because the product sold the plastic shell is really bad, so fragile I would not put my phone in it! Too bad, because the customer service is good and responsive.
