After coverage at all Bluetooth audio receivers that support aptX a sensitive issue is I was curious to see how it looks with the Sony. When I then valent metal casing! in hands held of course I was super skeptical. So first unpacked as little as possible, you want it so send in good condition back, if it is not good enough. So I first left the AC adapter in the box and provided with a mobile phone charger with electricity. Lo and behold reach virtually non-existent! But fortunately it was sooo bad that I did not want to believe it. Lo and behold, you have to actually take the original power supply, because the cable is apparently used as an antenna! As soon as the original charger connected I can walk around just fine in the room. Even through two walls the connection works yet. Remote on laptop is the Sennheiser BTD 500 USB dongle. Sound quality is also good - at least over aptX. Good enough that you can distinguish the quality of Spotify WiMP and clear. To my ears, Spotify is clearly pulpy, WiMP sounds to me even in the compressed quality clear, free and individual instruments locatable. Of course lossless sets directly from the player again a tooth, but I can recommend for normal but already challenging listening to Sony quite. It seems rather to be that which can be obtained from audio over Bluetooth now extract - with a reliable connection. Oh yes, the time offset is also very small, not perfect lip sync, but good enough to accompany to video on the laptop with powerful sound from the system.
