I suppose the bottom of the shaft holes clog a bit (the screen is not fine enough to retain what makes them butcher?). Just rinse and you're off again - but this is not ideal. Besides the stem is too broad to re-pour the wine in the bottle as is the restaurant (it may be preferable to present the wine restaurant in its original bottle). This depends probably the bottle necks - but the times I've tried it overflowed - air history that can not get out of the bottle.
