The book gives you sixteen rules to become a better leader, that is to say, to become someone fluent interpersonal relationships. Each rule is explained via examples of people in the professional world or even through situations of daily life. It should also be noted that all rules are found in the book "How to Win Friends and Influence People."
The book was written after the death of Dale Carnegie, and therefore the examples are pretty recent. By cons, it is not a strong point compared to "How to Win Friends and Influence People", since, being a general book on leadership, what is really important is how situations are handled, not settings where they are.
I give this book 4 stars because I think all the rules are universally true, they are part of human nature. Thereupon, there is no doubt and the book deserves 5 stars for this. However, after reading the original book by Dale Carnegie, I must admit to being a little disappointed because there is really no longer in it. Missing famous phrases that pierce you in your memory as in the original book.
There is a good book but if you have the choice between one or the other, rather take the original.
