Try it and adopt it. Start small and expand gradually as your preferences, your time and your space. A book to recommend and put in any hands. Eat your real vegetables: tomatoes with taste, strawberries without sugar, ... One day you can also eat eggs laid by a hen without ink pad buttocks.
