Most caps, I had sat either too tight or too loose. Therefore, I looked for a hat that is a little more flexible with any short or long hair, also is portable even with a large head. In this point, the cap does the job, it is conveniently located and is good extensible due to the substance and not pressed on his head.
The only drawback is that the material is a bit thin, so it might be in very bad weather conditions that it does not take long to make the cap wet. For this price, it is more than okey!
