It is not easy to find reliable testing on internet:
Here debit tests I've done on this key:
With one large file of several gigabytes

_Film MKV 7GB on usb3 port Write: 35MB / s
_Film MKV 7GB on USB2 port writing: 27Mb / s

It's okay compared to 7mo / s from my old 16GB drive.
However, it is still far from what usb3 is able to provide. The fault has a bit slower chips.
