A few changes later (settings from the Review of PC screen) I was just thrilled about.
The monitor offers an unparalleled black levels (if Gamma to 5!), A rich contrast and vibrant colors. Here the attitude which I use:
Picture Mode = Standard
Brightness = 28
Contrast = 50
Gamma Gamma = 5
Color Temperature = User
Red = 100
Green = 96
Blue = 98
I was happy and have already installed the new firmware (as defined Amazon is not yet guaranteed to 100%!), So I was able to even test the tool of Blur Busters. After correction also previously-held doubts about the device were immediately beseitig.
Tested games: Battlefield 3, Anno 2070 and Alien: Isolation
Especially in the latter of these titles could the screen, thanks to the very good black level, fully convincing and frighten me greatly: D.
I've tested all the tracks on both 60 fps as well as to 120 fps with 60, 120 and 144hz, I can say that I can personally see a strong difference (this is the greatest course of 60 to 120 Hz). Of course, not everyone can find it! After all, what can be perceived, unfortunately is different from person to person.
Even without VSync in the games I could find no tearing!
Now I can move text on my screen and read this same case (will not use but hey: have: D).
Operation in the OSD using the buttons on the monitor, I feel as awkward and was so glad to have that tool supplied display driver installed. There, the settings can be made quickly and conveniently.
Additional features to the monitor's yes in the description and in Standard mode you will most of them only meet at all. It is of course up to you which settings you want to make and which ones match your preferences. I'm sure that for everyone is.
It has always bothered me at first that this monitor looks very cheap on all images available on the Internet. But when I first had even the monitor in hand, I was sure to have a quality piece of equipment.
My Conclusion:
A great device at a very good price.
