After unpacking me the following things are particularly positive:
- Very well packed (screws etc. in individual "chambers" with respective caption to match the instructions)
- Material makes a solid impression
- A lot of screws / washers here
- Very good, short, concise and illustrated manual
- The two Allen keys are at
- Plugs, screws are
Something worried me the actual ceiling mounting, as this is done only by means of 2 screws. But this soon proved to be unfounded, since the enclosed dowels and screws allow a good grip for an 8 hole. For a better "feel" but would have been nice 3 or 4 holes.
-> One thus needs a 8mm drill for mounting
Some reviewers have already reported yes, that accompanied 700 No matching screws for the Sanyo PLV Z. Unfortunately, they forgot to write about which fit screws since. So just go to the hardware store and the election:
-> M6x30 screws buy (3 pieces rich). So M6 threaded with 30mm length. These screws fit perfectly together with the ceiling mount and Sanyo.
The alignment of the projector can be done with the ceiling mount in all imaginable directions, all of which can also be fixed:
- Tilting horizontal
- Swing Vertical
- Turning
Almost result in a points deduction:
Is something else nice. As was seen in the picture are here (Allen) screws etc. are open and from "below" visible. Here is an additional aperture, which can be placed after the Adjustment would have been very good.
But since you do not constantly looking at the ceiling, considering the very good price, I can still give 5 points clear conscience. For similar ceiling mounts must be easy to pay 160 euros or more in home theater stores.
