I had to a year ago the French manufacturer Solac a robotic vacuum. However, after a little over 2 years, he quitierte his ministry, he had tended eh never done particularly well. Based on this experience, I then thought long whether I should buy myself a new robotic vacuum cleaner.
Now I have finally, if not chosen the cheapest model on the market for a low-priced; the Dirt Devil M 607 Spider. Due to the low price and the very different dropouts tests and reviews I was skeptical at first. This skepticism has however dispelled after 2 weeks of intensive use.
Pro:
+ Cheap (I have 80 incl. Shipping paid)
+ Thoroughness / suction (even in the corners and edges)
+ Delivery (2 additional brushes)
+ Very very easy to use, since few frills (* this point I run down some of)
+ Easy and uncomplicated cleaning of the robot (eg, emptying the dust collected)
+ The nipple itself is very easy, so to stand out no break, when you carry it from one room to another
Neutral:
0 Stamina
0 not just pushes gently, but not too hard on furniture and objects
0 of dust container is not very large, since the cleaning but very facilitated fails, that's my opinion, not a serious disadvantage
Cons:
- Simply stops when the battery is empty (if you're unlucky and at unfavorable locations, such as under the bed)
- Limited for pet owners recommended (see above Conclusion)
* I rate the limited functionality to be very positive. As mentioned before I had ever seen a robotic vacuum cleaner equipped with a photocell, remote control and various cleaning modes and programming functions. This, however, I almost never used. A charging station I do not miss, as it often occurred in my old robotic vacuum cleaner that he did not find the way to the charging station. Although this problem should be solved now, if necessary, this function would be by no means 100 or more worth for me.
The Spider is quite simple even for strangers to use technology. Here is a guide to help you decide if the functionality is sufficient for you:
1. AC power cord into the socket
2. Connect the power cord to Spider
3. Charging time with a fully discharged battery = 4 hours
4. LED is solid blue = battery is charged
5. Disconnect Spider
6. wear Spider to destination
7. Press the power button
8. The sucking Spider
9.1. Off Spider when he no longer should continue to suck
9.2. Spider turns off automatically and stops when the battery is empty
Cancel 10 Spider and put back on the charging cable
