First the positive:
- Fast Delivery
- Top
- Fairly stable and barely wobbles

Now to the point deduction:
- The Gaming Mouse has defused it after 2 days and the cat really is not a slob
- Unfortunately in the pictures is hardly apparent that the two levels are not identically aligned, but staggered so that the scratching post does not fit directly into a corner (in plan view has therefore 8 corners)
- The assembly instructions was not unique. Screw designations and indications, which screw goes where would have some spare time to build.
