This riser card does what it is to easily and reliably. She is also incredibly cheap at just over 10 euros. The length of the card is chosen so that it would fit into standard housing. However, since the front and back are no traces, they can be easily cut for special cases.
In my Mini PC housing the card was in front a bit too long. With a pair of pliers I just 3-4 millimeters pinched. Then fit and worked the riser card with me easily.
