I bought this phone as a gift for my grandfather (88 years old!).
positive:
- Emergency button can exhibit so accidentally pressing can be avoided
- Charging station is as mobile landline phone, thus you can not do nothing wrong
- Keys and display numbers / letters in size, but not too bulky phone
- Click simple call option of the phonebook by downward
negative:
- For call from the phonebook you have to click twice on the handset button, so had my grandma first problems!
- The security key is attached to the side although convenient, but a bit too small. (But made my grandpa no trouble)
All in all one of the best mobile phones for seniors, I could find!
