The product complies, however it does not work with a U2711 and a MacBook Pro 15 "2012, indeed with this cable the screen is recognized as TV (Ypbpr signal) instead of being recognized as a monitor ( RGB signal).

Unable to get accurate colors so even with calibration since the signal is not an RGB signal.

So I had to fall back on the Mini DP> DVI-DL sold by Apple, the price is expensive but it works properly and the color rendering is good this time.
