I ordered this palette 7 September, it had to happen between 11 and 20 September. Deja, I find it abused. In fact, I received on October 5. I contacted the seller to tell them that I was not getting my article (it was September 28). His response? "Oh no're sorry you did not have your article; for repayment, N GAME NOT WORTH THE CANDLE" ---> Seriously? how we can afford to say that when we take a trade ?? I am genuinely shocked. I finally got my article, which is great, certainly, but the seller, again. I would be them, I would be ashamed. And believe me, if I had not been, it would have warmed to them. I find it unacceptable to tell customers not to claim their money when they have not been delivered. In these cases, they deliver nothing and they make money just by offering to sell fictitious objects for that matter! Regarding the palette: it is really good, and there are many mats cosmetics (8 of 12), I was looking for. It arrived well packaged: in an envelope with bubble wrap itself in another envelope bubble wrap. But it came too late, and I repeat: this reseller, ever again.
