Product is as described. Screwdriver, screws and a center piece (spacer frame for thicker disks) are included. Runs smoothly on my PC via USB 3.0, but on my Xtreamer (Mediabox) the USB drive to the USB 2.0 port is not recognized right from the start. So USB out and back in and then it is detected. However, the access time is relatively slow. Somehow the hard disk is very busy ... do not know why.
It may be that the USB 3.0 Case startup / Connecting a little more power draws as a USB 2.0 Case and the Xtreamer can not provide the power in this moment - would not be so bad for me. But compatibility to USB 2.0 seems to be not added to 100%, otherwise I can not explain the poor access times on Xtreamer and the brisk business on the hard disk.
But as I said, on the PC everything is clean and performant.
