Product received does not match the image

Good product priori not yet had the opportunity to test it in real but works perfectly in a basin.
No need to open it to connect the battery to the opening of the package, the battery is already connected and the device is already running.

Non-contractual photos and description does not match the ad, hence the 2 stars less.
I received the same reference as the advert (WM53), but does not correspond (see photos).
By scanning the QR code, it falls on the same specifications as the announcement and the same photos. It is Elro that should be a problem with these references.
No documentation provided, even on the site of Elro, just some pictures of the other model that I received.
