Product sales in flash seeming to be of poor quality

Received unformatted, Windows (7 or 8.1) does recognize that the 32GB is 27Go formatables in exFAT, FAT32 or NTFS.
The serial number is 9173BA 64G 01OS2 found referenced on some Chinese websites.
Registration with Transcend is not possible with such number.

I hope that those who make the purchase during this period have been luckier.
For me this will be a return.
