Production error 2

After reading the good reviews, I have the wall mount for my 46 '' - buy LCD. The surprise came, however, after it is installed on the wall: After panning, or even after removing the TV (1-3cm difference between the two sides) depends significantly wrong though in starting position everything just hangs.
Ask the seller have revealed: It is a general production errors in the batch before, the bracket is welded wrong. Specified possible solution: I should not hesitate to buy a more expensive copy with two arms, but in which not even the already drilled, large holes could be used. When asked to exchange or waiting on a new production batch was then no longer responded despite several emails and phone calls (there is never anyone at the support line). And the big question remains: Why this wall mount is still available? Here defective goods are knowingly sold!
Overall, I would advise against this wall mount drignend and not also recommend Ricoo as sellers. Of course I am angry very, as I now stand there with the blighted wall.
