Pump cable has loose contact on the power supply after 2 weeks. Top service with defect!

The advantages of the Lucky Kitty have to say anything, which are in abundance here, and are also true. My cat has immediately taken him curiously possession and booze since more than previously ... almost time to time "on the fly", because he simply does not come past the Gesprudel. ;)
Conceptually, therefore, probably the best cat fountain on the market, if ... yes if it would just work with the quality of the electrical accessories: The white round low-voltage connector of the pump shakes follows in the socket of the power supply that it is now only contact when it fixed laterally. It may also be that the cable directly at the plug has a loose connection ... I'm not sure if the power supply or cables are the source of error. Anyway, that's big botch on a 60-wells!
I send the stuff to guarantee my Dicker has so long no longer wells, ordering 'I ne new pump incl. Cable, then one probably ists the power supply to a socket to baggy?
One more thing: I have never pulled the white wire somehow on the line from the power supply ... I every day data cable has made / Plug professionally and no no-Tech am, I know where it is touched there.
I write now in order to ensure the seller to, and like to correct the star on the actually earned 5 when I stand at the end of a well-functioning Lucy Kitty zuhaus.

Update: This should certainly be no hatred assessment because the well is otherwise top. I even plan a second in order to have more drinking places. Have appointed only bad luck, a lot of positive weights that my hangover finally Saufmuffel of fun drinking (above where it gushes out) has found. The ceramic remains long clean & free of deposits, clean 2x a week with clear warm water. So worth every penny.
But at just 60 the fun botched detail simply stops only.
Happy after 2015 ...

Update 2: Despite holiday Lucky-Kitty replied and informed me that they send a new power supply. That's what I call service!
Let's see how it goes with the new NT, which is currently still fixed cable in the power supply. I will report here.

Update 3: On the first day possible, the power supply has already been shipped.

Update 4: 2 days after the warranty claim is there a new power supply. which works fine. If so, a quick service is available, the product can only get 5 *****. which it deserves because of its qualities. Although the fountain is not cheap (cheap smell of plastic and have rattling pumps) seems to me there is a second into the house, which are then cleaned at different times. So is getting a little older with water there, because of all fresh water is drinking not every cat likes.
