Listening, I think the melodies of the first eight songs on this album are "weird": the sound seems too in the background, one feels that one is on pieces touched, as if we had wanted all the listener's attention is focused on the voice of Michael, to prove that it's him singing. We feel that the melodies were revised to stick to the sounds of the moment, to also stick to the universe of those who retouched. Everything remains of good quality, good but not great.
Fortunately, the original songs have been added (but Sony could have avoided forcing fans to spend more in order to hear these nuggets coming out, for example, a version of the album with only originals !!!) because here include Michael at various times: the groovy Michael Off The Wall and Thriller, Michael a little more rock Bad and Dangerous, and the eclectic Michael HIStory and Invincible. The essence of his creations, his melodies so clean himself and the whole range of her voice is contained in the tracks 9 to 16 and somewhere we forgive - almost - Sony to take us for cows Milk is so GOOD to hear again Michael, discover and plunge deeper into his world. Because Michael had married for signing the texts to the perfection of his songs to melodies that were his trademark and which were as pieces that might have seemed good, just became dynamite tube nuggets that are never tires!
However, the "duo" Michael Justin Timberlake, for me, does nothing. Instead, the original song is too distorted. Yet conducted in another way, this duo could have been a wonder, too bad.
