The heating pad was defective after 3 1/2 months. I asked the seller to exchange. Unlike other Amazon merchants there was no return receipt, but I was made to the manufacturer's warranty. The data required for this purpose stood in the manual. How simple and customer-friendly it would have been Xeonardo had exchanged the heating pad and the supplier (this will be the manufacturer) passed the defective unit. In the hope that the heating pad survived the warranty period, I have not kept the bill and the part can now throw away.
