For a coffee, I have completed an extension of the guarantee to Ergo. In a case of damage to a little over 2 years Ergo has caused a repair. This activity has been forwarded to the RTS service team. Unfortunately, the repair themselves (Baumeister) does not work because in repairing damage caused more than were available previously. However, RTS has to correct very supportive this faulty repair again. This is a work in progress and the outcome remains to be seen. In my e-mail traffic with the company Baumeister no echo came back. Instead, RTS has turned on and acting on the company builder. Thus, I felt very well cared for. In particular I want to thank Mrs Irina Schaab, with their sensitive nature towards me but also courageous type of Baumeister towards these case handles. The way in which Mrs Schaab makes their work and understand is what is a very good example that there are very pleasant service oases in the German service desert, yet. Ulrich Raabe
