When unpacking the machine gave the impression to be processed cheaply. This has also been confirmed with the first turning. I had previously and now this ordered the almost identical model from Beurer (that's happened to me by a good 2.5 years and intensive use broken) as a replacement: - Compared to the Beurer model is this much easier and looks far less good quality work (rather cheap) (the wiring) - Massage the buttons are less powerful and less protrude far out (you would have to press harder on the pillow) - The massage buttons clacked at the first careful use, - The reference material was already in place during unpacking (so that the Anschaltknopf was due to other than the sewn-point) - There is contrary to the description NO shiftable heating function (which was one reason for my purchase)
I have returned the equipment after first trying out and therefore will revert to the Beurer model (even without shiftable heating function).
