Rattles very loud - sound annoying - Operating incomprehensible - care when unpacking

I ordered the same 5 switches. I wanted to timen the Christmas lights in my apartment and use the same every 5 clocks.
The housing is as expected in size and made of plastic and the operation something fummlig but no problem if one knows how to do it.
But if you like I've never used a timer, you can not read anything in the instruction on how to set it now. Only my husband (the order had experiences) showed me which pins you should press down.
Here some pins have something clamped, but I was satisfied so far, it was in any case very quickly and you can also program the clock, that on day one and goes out, which I find very handy several times.
The two watches that I have tried first, who also works immediately.

Unfortunately, I immediately noticed an annoying rattle, similar to an hourglass.
It does not interfere in the garden, perhaps, but in the living room, I could hear it in spite of television yet.
Then I tried all the other watches, and one of five actually ran whisper.
The noise of the other four clocks have me but so annoyed that I have sent back the whole package.

And now the audacity: I not only had 4.50 Shipping costs for the return figures, but also got refunded or 4.50 less because I had all 5 boxes torn slightly when opened.

Therefore, I advise: Very carefully unpack and test to see if the sound sucks !!!!! I had ordered the set with the firm intention to keep it - that's why I did not hesitate long when unpacking.
Meanwhile, I bought the very well reviewed at Amazon digital timer because I hear chatter nix and setting was great explained. So do not save at the wrong end.
