Really bad 3

Desiring to surf the success of the works of Zoe Shepard and Stéphane Hessel, author decides to use the character of Zoe for purely mercantile (very good mind for a DSG).
It could have been a good idea to show another point of view but this gentleman is clearly not built to be a writer: the style is very bad, the attempts at humor fall flat, it clearly plagiarized Zoe Shepard resuming at its own ideas of the author of Absolutely overwhelmed and Your career is over.
I do not know what the purpose of this "hired servant" (hope he is better in managing its community and in writing), but it gives a very bad image of the local government service.
