And Nikon has some advantages that I find when compared with my other cameras really good. So you can zoom in different ways. Both on the front page as well as links to the lens there is a toggle switch to zoom in closer to motives - or to move away from them again. Also, operation with batteries tends not wrong, they are on the road but easily acquired when the battery is charged. The flash of the Nikon must be folded by hand if you want to use it. Well I like that you can connect the cap to the strap, it thus does not lose or can be. Also good: the camera has on its mobile display out if you have not removed the cap before switching.
The camera takes good and color also convincing pictures of still subjects (see my example picture of a fish counter). With moving subjects, however, it produces relatively many blurred images. A Rotreflexion by the camera body - as criticized by another reviewer - I could not find so far.
By defects in moving images (and also the lack of a Einstellungsmöglcihkeit this) I can thus give the otherwise good Nikon Coolpix L840 only average three star.
