Most often I use the shredder for pureeing soups or for making porridge for our son, works beautifully.
A little miracle is the impact disc for whipping cream, etc. I could not believe how quickly the cream is really stiff at first !!
Equipment and accessories are super easy to clean: quickly held Unters water flowing over it again with the rag and clean.
Since I had no problems so far and the unit use only for about half a year, I can respect. Customer and durability make a statement.
All in all I'm very happy to have chosen this rather expensive variant of a hand blender and can recommend the wand warmly.
Addendum on 18/08/2012:
Even after more than four years the wand still done properly his work. Am still very satisfied and would buy it to me in any case again.
