Intensive Care (Audio CD)

Customer Review

I am now already for 4 years a loyal fan Robbie and me has been accused by many is why time and again to be without criticism, but I would highly of me. Maybe I am when it comes to Robbie, a little easier to enthuse than others, but actually I also have quite negative opinions about some songs. What's new album 'Intensive Care', however is concerned, I have to look far really to find negative; and is not due to my enthusiastic enthusiasm that erupts when I even hear the word Robbie Williams, but quite simply to this great album !!!!!!!!!!
(I admit at this point now that I think that all the rest of his albums always had 3 to 4 pieces, where I invariably to the 'have pushed weiter'- key. Songs of this type I have so far on' Intensive Care 'only one found.)
But now William'schen this new stroke of genius:
Many say that Robbie has soooooooooooo changed suf this album. I want to equal the first to say that this is true, perhaps to 40% (if at all). It's still his distinctive voice, which sounds more mature and mature, but still 'ER' is. Also, there are his lyrics, which were set to music on 'Intensive Care' and is the only change in the songwriting partner. On this album for the first time Stephen Duffy, after Robbie has broken down 'Escapology' by Guy Chambers.
At first I thought, now the myth 'Robbie' goes down, because where is the success come without Guy Chambers ??? He has helped along with Robbie for success 5 albums. But why I no longer had confidence in Robbie and his talent ??? Because he has but even without Guy !!
People with the same doubters he has now proven with 'Intensive Care', that it can even without Guy. In my opinion even can better .......
One thing I have to get rid of yet:
Many reviews compare here his pieces always with any other artists or songs - why can not they just vote entirely free and not use thousands of comparisons. Every artist has his own style but, and since we do not have an infinite number of notes and musical genres, some pieces same nunmal other. That's why they can but still be easy 'Robbies pieces', or ???
I have already said that you can still talk about changes to 40%, and that in a significant change to the way more mature. Robbie sounds in the 12 songs of older and more mature. And of course you can hear the change that has moved to the exchange of songwriting partner. The pieces are not as rocking and loud as before, but somehow calm, deliberate and coherent. What not to say, however, that the album is monotonous and boring. With 'Your Gay Friend' and 'A place to crash "he has once again put down two whopping rock anthems. Even rock is 'Random Acts of Kindness', but this piece I appoint the dullest and most vulnerable piece of the album and therefore the only that prompts me to skip!
Really nice quiet ballads are 'King of Bloke and Bird', which I found a bit boring in the beginning but now absolutely beautiful find, 'Please do not die', which enchants with gentle tones, 'Make me pure' that an honorable successor of 'Better man' or 'sex up' and the wonderful 'Advertising spaces' which somehow reminds me of a dream.
Two other pieces that totally inspire me really are, 'Spread your wings', where one can not help but sing along as, and this somehow gives courage and 'The Trouble with me' that inspired by a catchy, harmonic chorus !!! !!!!
Furthermore, we have already published 'Tripping', I really just awesome find, but because it 's kind of shocks; but only at first glance ;-) Durchgeknallt and crazy, but on the other hand melodic and catchy.
And the last two songs for which I somehow can not find the name are, 'Ghosts' and 'Sin Sin Sin'. Both somehow a little rocky, but also very melodic and accessible. Not really rock, but not pop or ballad. I would just call it a classic Robbie anthem in the style of 'Come Undone' !!
I really think all the pieces except 'Random Acts of Kindness' really good and the whole album would have 7 or more stars deserve, because I as his really best album call it until now - Soulful, thoughtful ballads, rich rock anthems and popular, fleet Robbie Chunks !!!!!
Have most excited me 'Spread your wings', 'King of Bloke at Bird', 'The Trouble with me' and 'Advertising spaces'.
Robbie has evolved with 'Intensive Care', and sounds proud and mature.
Robbie's influence is not to be missed here, the new influence of Stephen Duffy but also not. But I would never 'talk utter change in a completely different direction' of a.
With or by Stephen Duffy Robbie Williams sounds on 'Intensive Care' harmonious, easily and somehow beautiful !!!!!
My advice: BUY !!!!!!! For Each !!
