Pros & Cons:
+ Sturdy legs made from soft material ...
+ Stability in light devices ...
+ Smartphone adapter works with different devices ...
+ Various parking options ...
- ... But they are bringing virtually impossible to bend to its initial state.
- ... That goes for devices which are heavier than a smartphone but completely lost.
- ... But only in certain positions be lashed securely.
- ... Which dissolve after a certain weight again.
The package arrived, as usual, very fast and safe with me on. Unpacked it was fast and the product was simple. It consists of three, coated with a soft surface legs that can bend at will, so they could keep theoretically different substrates. The problem here is that it is virtually impossible for a bend to get the legs back straight. On the legs sits normal thread that can be used for conventional digital cameras and DSLRs. A smartphone adapter for attaching or clamping of a smartphone is also there. This is screwed onto the thread and can easily be taken down again.
In general it can be said that the product super approaches shows that were not somehow thought through:
- The flexible legs are all well and good, hold on various surfaces - but only for so long is no weight on it. The legs are just too easy to represent a counterweight. End: The product is obtained by including smartphone.
- The smartphone adapter is equipped with a traction system that allows to install different wide smartphones. However, I had problems my iPhone 5, which is rather narrow purely compress. Often the holder presses on the side keys, which you can attach the phone in one direction only. The locking function of this adapter is firmly rarely really and once the smartphone is not perpendicular, the adapter slides forward or backward.
- The thread is good and works well with all other commercially available cameras, but the tripod can not support the absolute. When I affixes a thread, then please do the rest stable enough.
The product works, no question. But only in special situations. Anyone who wants to take pictures with a slight, slim smartphone on flat surfaces, is hereby well served. For all other applications, you should resort to other products that may be more stable.
