recommendable rain protection for the wheel

Have always thought: Why is there not something like a waterproof skirt than cover the thighs - of course with a corresponding cut - or something like the chaps cowboy but for the bike. And now I've finally found it - the Rainlegs.
In conjunction with an adequate covering raincoat Rainlegs are sufficient both for everyday commuting and recreational tour. Still better than a large wind-prone rain cape or a complete rain pants. In the long run, however - during prolonged or intense rainfall - they are overwhelmed ...
