I use the Müller bandages --immer the gleiche-- now for years at indoor sports (football and volleyball) and know for sure that I am at least 2x escaped with a strain or the shock instead torn ligaments in the right and left ankle. Therefore, price / performance: priceless.

Now to review, as a long-term user I can tell a little bit about genuine use under full load:

- That the seam under the heel has already been reported; that's true that's there. If you have not exactly very "hard" shoes (perhaps with football outside?) Wearing and the last rausholen that goes but. For me personally from the nothing. Socks!

- Also correct the problem with the location on the Achille tendon. Caution when the bandage is not right, "pulls" the back forms a small bead, who rubs a Ruckzuck eg a blister on the heel. Clean high draw, smooth, sufficiently thick socks, and times "import" the bandage so 5 (then it becomes softer) - no longer a problem. With thin socks you will not happy.

- Is top that you can tighten the whole with the strings to Velvet Nimmerlein, depending on need for protection. If you overdo it, you get during running "feedback" :) and must loosen possibly again. One has the rotation but quickly out how hard it may be.

- In the "Done" you realize not negative that you are wearing. So no impairment when jumping, starting, changing direction or similar .. Unless one bends to bad. Then one remembers quickly to the bandage. You can not prevent you twisted the foot and acts stupid. But it relieves possibly the decisive 10kg (or 100Newton for nerds), or are a 50ms extra so you can fall before anything is through.

- Negative also there: the two cross-over bands are heavily used and are the weak point of things. I've now 4 bandages "through" - the plastic bands tear over time, and indeed over the foot on / about to Velcro. The hold about 2years at 2x sports per week. Is actually quite fair - but you throw the fully functional bandage keep away because the cross-stripping are processed nich so ganz toll. The rest is clear from material and unbreakable.

- Something negative, as previously mentioned by others: the lace holes wear because without metal eyelets. The Durchgefummel impatiently / violence (one wants to start) negatively affects the lace ends from the fray .... then the older the binding, the more you fumbles away. It definitely takes longer than 5 minutes, the remaining team.

All in all I'm happy and have therefore no other tried. Price / performance ratio is great for me definitely.
