The displayed with normal age-related activity for me caloric expenditure of 240kcal / hour is too high by more than a factor of 2. You see on training activity values for calories and fat burning are further next significantly. These derived from the heart rate values can therefore not allow any conclusions on the real energy or fat consumption and thus are good for guidance only. But the display of the heart rate, in particular the% rate of MHR (maximum heart rate based on age) is bringing for the assessment of their own resilience, the instantaneous load and the introspection of one's body in a pub quite winning. Surprisingly, the clock MHR actually counted properly made according to the formula 220-age and the date of birth entered ;-).
