this one is in my opinion one of the very best if not the best.
Soprano Kathleen.B is perfect just as Andreas Baritone, supported by one of the finest choirs FAURE discography I know.
CM Guilini and are Philarmonia while sensitivity and measurement without putting too heavy a mystical touch often encountered in the discography, it is the least Requiem "Requiem" and the most expressive of all those he has given me to heard.
Served by a sound recording digital (DDD) sublime readability on vocals and lights on desks.
