It was important:
-Good picture quality
-halbwegs compact (no DSLR)
-many manual controls
-Not too expensive (bought with a little luck a hand over Amazonwarhousedeals with minor blemishes)
-Quick autofocus and shutter
In my fingers I had the Sony HX1 (poor image quality, extreme noise), Samsung WB2000 (poor picture quality), Lumix G10 (too expensive for mediocre image quality), Samsung EX1 (very good image quality, not quite as flexible)
So I then recently ordered the NX10 and was pleasantly surprised.
It is not too big, fits well in the hand and what convinced me most is the image quality.
Now I realize that you can not expect good images at ISO 1600/3200 in the price range but who wants to pay twice for the can like to do.
For my claims as "ambitious amateur wannabe clippers" the images are very good and low noise up to ISO 800th
The pictures are very true color and the kit lens is thanks to the latest firmware also well and shows little distortion (see Settings: Objetivkorretur on / off). And even with the lens gets you through beautiful defocus effects. These new lenses are also supported with IFN.
By Pancakeobjetiv makes it really fun to photograph and so the camera will adjust sometimes in a large jacket pocket.
Who wants to make a film that is to buy a video camera prefer. I use the camera in video mode kaumst because it's also a camera.
The battery hällt 400-500 photos from what, I think, is also sufficient.
And the objective is offer lt this year. Details equipped to 5 more and the current is not too expensive.
What I miss:
Set -ISOempfindlichkeit in 1/3 increments manually (available only in AutoISOmodus)
-something faster storage times
-the resolution in elec. Seekers could be higher (but okay)
All in all, it makes me really fun with the "little ones" to photograph and even if it is an older model, you can keep up with and makes a good impression.
