I use the Black Orange Pro (hardest variant) in the evening to resolve the tensions of the day in the shoulder and back area. The result is, in my view all shadow of doubt - as soon as I expose times a week that problems are again stronger.
Caution beginners: Initially start slowly, especially in the lower back area, where most people still missing muscles. Otherwise one has quickly a few unpleasant symptoms (but it quickly disappears)
